Terms of Service

These terms cover the free check and the full inspection offered by Visivia under the name VISTOR.IA.

What we check

We look only at what is public: your website, search results, your public business profile, your public social profiles and public ad libraries. Every result describes what we observed at the date and time recorded next to it. Websites and search results change, so a result describes that moment, not a permanent state.

The free check

The free check tests whether a website opens, opens securely and offers a one-tap contact. It is limited to one per person, and each website gets one free check: a website checked before shows its earlier result. It is not a full review, and finding no failure is not an approval of the site.

The full inspection

For the price shown at checkout, we inspect the 19 points described on our home page and deliver a written report, with evidence for each finding, at a private address protected by a password.

Delivery is due by the end of the first business day after the day payment is confirmed: 23:59 Brasília time. Days are counted on the Brasília calendar. Business days are Monday to Friday, except Brazil's national holidays (1 January, 21 April, 1 May, 7 September, 12 October, 2 November, 15 November, 20 November and 25 December) and Good Friday. Any other weekday is a business day, including Carnival and Corpus Christi.

A report that finds no problems is a complete delivery. We don't promise rankings, traffic or sales: we report what we find and what to do about it.

Refunds

If we can't deliver your report, you get a full refund.

Order inspections for your own business or one you are authorized to represent, and give us accurate information in the order form.
